This policy explains what personal information Otto De Fiore ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We're a women's wear ODM (original design manufacturer) based in Delhi/NCR, India, working with boutique and D2C brands worldwide.

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie in use is a session cookie set by Cloudflare Access when you sign in to the partner collections library — it's strictly necessary to keep you signed in and isn't used for tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' CDN, which may receive your IP address as part of standard font delivery.
We're based in India and work with clients across the UK, Europe, Latin America, the US, Australia, and beyond. Your information may be processed on servers outside your own country, including through Cloudflare's global network, in order to provide the site and respond to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and pursue the business relationship, and remove or archive them once they're no longer needed.
Depending on where you're located — for example, under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at wecare@ottodefiore.com.
This is a business-to-business site and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

This site showcases our work and lets prospective and existing partners get in touch, request quotes, and, if approved, view our private collections library. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell goods, and no orders or payments are made through the site itself. All production terms — pricing, minimum order quantities, timelines, and payment — are agreed separately, in writing, between Otto De Fiore and the client (for example, via a signed quote or purchase order).
All designs, photography, text, and collection materials on this site — including anything shown in the partner-only collections library — are the property of Otto De Fiore or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Materials in the partner collections library are shared in confidence for evaluating a potential order and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or shared outside your organization without our prior written consent.
Access to the collections library is granted individually to approved partners via Cloudflare Access and is for your organization's use only. Please don't share your sign-in access with anyone outside your organization. We may revoke access at any time.
This site and its content are provided "as is." While we try to keep information accurate and current, product specifications, availability, and pricing shown or implied on the site are indicative only, subject to change, and not a binding offer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otto De Fiore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
