We're a small design-to-delivery team working out of Delhi/NCR. Sketch to finished garment, in runs as small as 10 pieces — so you can test an idea properly before you bet a container load on it.
Every embroidery placement in this range was tested against real jersey construction before it ever left the design table — so what you see on the mood board is what actually ships.
We started Otto De Fiore because too many good fashion ideas die waiting on a factory that only talks in container-sized minimums. We wanted to be the team a brand calls when they need a real "Open to Buy" range — Woven & Jersey, mostly women's and kids' wear, done properly and without the usual back-and-forth.
Our core people have spent 15+ years between fashion and manufacturing, working with names like Debenhams, ASOS, and NEXT along the way. That's the standard we hold ourselves to now, whether an order is for 10 pieces or 10,000.
Most of the delay in fashion sourcing happens in the gaps between vendors. We run design, sourcing, and production under one roof so there are fewer gaps for things to fall into.
We start from what's actually sellable — mood boards and trend calls turned into ranges that work at your price point, not just on a screen.
Concept through fit and prototype, with a full spec pack — fabric, technique, construction — available whenever you need to see the details.
We work with fabric and trim suppliers we've used for years, mixing and matching combinations to hit the price point you're actually building for.
Production runs through certified partners in Delhi/NCR under SEDEX & BSCI compliance — ethical isn't a line item we skip when things get busy.
We check for problems before production starts, not after — most of what could go wrong gets caught at the risk-analysis stage.
Trend-led collections move in weeks, not months, and you'll always know exactly where your order stands.
A crinkle-jersey maxi range built for forest walks and farmers' markets — comfortable enough to live in, sourced with fabric choices we're not embarrassed to explain.
We asked our existing partners what kept them coming back. This is roughly what they said — plus one thing everyone assumes but rarely asks about outright: confidentiality. Every project sits under an NDA by default, and it stays that way.

We forecast before we sketch, so what lands on your rack is aligned with your brand rather than whatever trend is loudest this month.

Ten pieces is enough to try a new style without committing your whole season's budget to a guess.

We react to trend-driven collections on a timeline that actually matches how fast fashion moves now.

Rather than juggling a scattered vendor network, we stick to 2–3 certified partners in Delhi/NCR we've worked with for years.

Breathable crochet and cotton-lycra sets, made for resort wear and the kind of photos people actually save. Light enough to pack, detailed enough to remember.
A glimpse of what we design and manufacture — smart casual, formal, holiday, sleepwear/nightwear and beachwear, across women's and kids' wear.

Better Cotton Initiative-sourced cotton runs through our jersey and woven ranges wherever we can source it.
A lower-impact viscose alternative, worked into the fabric library for our Spring/Summer ranges.
Recycled fibers, used in value-added product lines where the fabric performance actually holds up.
We work from exact specs and blocks from the start, so we're not cutting a separate physical sample just to throw it out.
